As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind sourcing the best candidates, managing seamless interview and selection processes, and showcasing our company at career events. Your mission? To build strong talent pipelines that fuel our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Shaping Our Hiring Strategy

1. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and craft a winning hiring plan.
2. Set clear timelines for candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring updates.

Sourcing & Attracting Top Talent

1. Showcase our amazing opportunities by publishing job vacancies across leading career portals, job boards, and agency platforms.
2. Be proactive - hunt for top candidates using ATS, job boards, and industry networks.
3. Engage passive talent, turning “maybes” into “yeses” for those hard-to-fill roles.
4. Build and nurture a network of industry professionals to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Screening & Selection

1. Dive into resumes to identify the best fits for our roles.
2. Conduct tele-screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
3. Keep candidates engaged by ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
4. Present standout candidates to hiring managers for further review.

Making Interviews & Assessments Seamless

1. Administer skill-based assessments, ensuring candidates are the perfect fit.
2. Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate talent potential.
3. Organize and facilitate assessment centers for frontline roles.
4. Lead calibration meetings to align hiring decisions and secure top talent.
5. Keep the momentum going with regular follow-ups and status updates.

Driving Exciting Recruitment Campaigns

1. Lead international recruitment trips, bringing in top talent from around the globe.
2. Represent our brand at career fairs and open days—share our story and inspire potential hires.
3. Collaborate with agencies on high-impact sourcing initiatives.
4. Jump into exciting talent acquisition projects that drive innovation and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resources or a related field.
2. 3-4 years of Talent Acquisition experience in theme parks, hospitality, or recruitment agencies within the UAE.
3. Strong interviewing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. The ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping things fun and exciting!
5. A ‘Can-Do!’ attitude coupled with ‘Hands On’ approach.
6. Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
