Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of emails, responding to business partners and internal queries
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Payment and suspense reconciliations
  • Work collaboratively with the Finance team to deliver memorable service

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume data entry environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
