Store Manager

The Shop Manager is responsible for leading and managing the store operation to deliver the highest standards of customer service and to maximize sales and profitability in line with company’s objectives . He / she is also responsible for the inventory, maintenance and external appearance of

his / her shop

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' store management experience
• Customer centric with a positive attitude
