Job Description

To perform all sales related activities for existing and potential customers to achieve the assigned financial targets. This also includes cross-selling of all Islamic retail banking products and services, handling customer enquiries, and delivering excellent service through communication and teamwork.

Sales Target Achievements:

1. Ensure full awareness of all products provided and be constantly updated on all changes and amendments on product features, procedures, and processes.
2. Promote banking products by providing consistent, accurate, and transparent information to all customers.
