Digital Marketing Director

Job Summary

Luxbridge International Realty is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our online marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape and implement digital marketing strategies for a newly launched real estate development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, generating high-quality leads, and elevating our online presence through strategic digital campaigns and creative content development.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development & Execution:

  1. Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  2. Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and online visibility.
  2. Perform keyword research, content optimization, and on-page/off-page SEO improvements.
  3. Stay current with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing) & Paid Advertising:

  1. Manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  2. Analyze and optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
  3. Track budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign profitability.

Social Media Management:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  2. Create and manage engaging content and paid social media campaigns.
  3. Monitor channels, respond to inquiries, and analyze performance to optimize strategies.

Content Marketing & Creation:

  1. Craft compelling content for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
  3. Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and tone.

Lead Generation:

  1. Utilize digital marketing tools to generate qualified leads for sales teams.
  2. Design and manage lead funnels and optimize customer journeys.
  3. Optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting:

  1. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance.
  2. Identify actionable insights and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  3. Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, preferably in real estate development or luxury sectors.
  2. Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Skills:

  1. Expertise in SEO and SEM (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads).
  2. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and online advertising platforms.
  3. Strong knowledge of content marketing, lead generation strategies, and email marketing.
  4. Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills to optimize strategies.
  5. Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
