About Role:
Plans and supervises Electrical and HVAC maintenance activities in process and non-process areas.
Leads & coordinates the preparation of equipment and systems for handover and execution of routine/preventive and corrective maintenance activities as applicable.
Leads & liaises the optimal and timely execution of maintenance and shutdown activities through implementation of maintenance best practices and reliability improvement programs to maximize facilities availability.
Conducts plant, equipment failure, and shutdown analysis; recommends and initiates corrective action as required, applying value engineering and reliability principles to all technical assessments.
Coordinates with other teams to ensure production needs are met, participates in developing yearly Operative Plan and 5-year Business Plan.
Conducts periodical reviews on the availability of critical spares, insurance spares, and other materials/spares required to sustain production; develops recommendations on optimal stock levels and the interchangeability of parts.
Recommends, initiates, and reviews facility change requests for plant and equipment as per the company procedures. Implements modifications or changes to improve reliability as appropriate after seeking required approval.
Manages and monitors projects in liaison with the projects team to ensure the conformity of contractor's activities to company standards and requirements.
Manages and administers both types of contracts (Long Term Service Agreement & Call Off Agreement).
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
12 years' experience in a Gas Processing Plant within a large industrial organization, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
