The Job

The MEP Production Manager is responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of production process of the MEP department (mechanical, electrical and plumbing). They ensure that equipment and tools function properly and increase efficiencies. Their duties include building production schedules, making sure production processes stay within budgets and deadlines and reviewing the productivity of equipment teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities
• Oversee the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), including HVAC, drainage, fire fighting, systems on modular building projects to ensure they meet all requirements, specifications, codes and standards.
• Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of projects with engineers and QHSE
• Assist in developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff
• Actively engage in the selection and hiring process for the production team
• Supervise and evaluate performance of team members

What you need to bring:

• Min 5 years experience as a Production Manager, ideally in modular building, construction or manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Able to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
• Excellent organisation and communication skills

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
