Parts Advisor | Automotive | Electric Vehicle | BYD

Procure cost effective parts for day-to-day requirements of vehicle service, repair, and refurbishment. Expand the part stock level on service-related items for all Electric vehicles. Manage and maintain the physical parts storage at service location. Liaise with both internal parts stakeholders and with the brands. Create up to date reporting and develop forward stock planning programs.

What You Will Do:

1. Monitor sales and assist to achieve branch Net sales and Profits in comparison to targets on daily and monthly basis.
2. Order day to day requirements and deliver the parts as per ETA, measured through monthly review report.
3. Responsible for perpetual and annual stock inventory for effective stock management, sufficient supplies to market needs and avoid any over stock situations.
4. Assist Sales and Service departments to maximize accessories stock.
5. Perform team purchase orders, GR, and IV on time and as per company standards.
6. Procure parts through cost effective methods for used vehicle refurbishment which will meet standards.
7. Assist team in achieving customer service values in meeting the needs and expectations of the customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills To Be Successful:

1. Parts Inventory Knowledge
2. EV Parts experience
3. Excellent communication (written and spoken) & interpersonal skills
4. Good PC skills including proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & MS Power Point

The role will report to the Retail Director and you will be working in a busy warehouse environment.

What Equips You For The Role:

1. Graduate or Diploma in relevant field / equivalent experience
2. Minimum 5 years in Automotive and 2 years in Supervisor Role
3. Customer focused and team player
