WHAT YOU WILL DO This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the company's product portfolio maintains a competitive position in trade.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives, short and long term. Identify new market opportunities, channels, categories, and trends in the FMCG sector to maximize sales growth.
Revenue & Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in line with the company's overall growth objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance and profitability, ensuring corrective actions when necessary.
Distributor & Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers (Key Accounts).
Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges and thus overdrive market share targets.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight: End to End P&L Management to deliver and improve on yearly budget commitments.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the Trade marketing, marketing, supply chain, and Finance teams to ensure product availability, excellent trade fundamentals, promotional activities, and optimal pricing.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
