Billions Graduate Trainee

Business Overview

Billions International Ltd is a newly-formed subsidiary of Greenstone Equity Partners, which offers GCC HNWI investors the ability to invest in highly-exclusive, highly-attractive global alternative funds with only AED 200,000 minimum subscriptions. The much-anticipated FinTech startup launches its feeder fund platform over the next few months along with its website and plans to release investor-facing mobile apps in the future.

Duties

INVESTOR SUCCESS

1. Assist in ensuring seamless onboarding for investors and other users of the platform, providing the necessary materials and support throughout their onboarding and investment journey.
2. Support the Investor Support function, which includes gathering KYC and other documents directly from counterparts, collaborating with the fund administrator, preparing subscription documents, and liaising with finance.
3. Help to assist with the Investor Support function, which involves answering calls and emails and handling queries. Participate in building and improving various scripts to be able to respond to questions about Billions and the funds available on the Billions platform.
4. Ensure Investors are always kept informed as per our communication procedures.

EMAIL AUTOMATION, OUTREACH, AND MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

1. Assist in operating the Billions email marketing system that engages current and prospective users of the platform.

CRM AND DOCUMENTS

1. Input and update data, and optimize workflows, in the Billions CRM for efficient data management, compliance, and interaction with other systems and platforms.
2. Maintain various document management tasks.

MARKETING MATERIALS, WEBSITE, AND SOCIAL MEDIA

1. Contribute to updating marketing materials, website content, and social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
2. Complete other projects and participate in other departmental programs, as assigned.

The Right Candidate

Greenstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

Outstanding candidates for this role will possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance/Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer/Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
4. Demonstrated interest in finance, investment, and/or technology.
5. Knowledge of Arabic language would be a plus.
