Performer/ Scare Artist

Job Overview: We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our horror house attraction as live actors. In this role, you will bring the attraction to life by embodying terrifying characters that thrill and scare our guests. Your performance will create an unforgettable experience for visitors, making them scream, jump, and laugh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Character Performance: Play the role of various horror-themed characters, delivering a convincing and frightening performance throughout your shift.
• Interaction with Guests: Engage with visitors safely but thrillingly, ensuring they have an immersive experience.
• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety guidelines to ensure both your safety and that of the guests.
• Costume and Makeup: Wear provided costumes and makeup to accurately portray assigned characters. Ensure that your appearance is maintained throughout the event.
• Improvisation: React and adapt to guests' actions, keeping the performance engaging and dynamic.

Qualifications:

• Previous Acting Experience: Prior experience in live theatre, haunted attractions, or improv is preferred but not required.
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong Work Ethic: Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
• Creativity: Ability to think and add unique elements to your character's performance.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Additional Information:

• Training Provided: No prior horror house experience is required. Training will be provided to help you master your character and performance.
• Costumes & Makeup: All costumes, makeup, and props will be provided by the attraction.
• Work Environment: The work environment may involve dark, confined spaces with intense sound and light effects.
