Job Title: Security Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1600 AED

We are looking for an experienced and committed Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our premises, personnel, assets, and operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and practices;
2. Ensure that all security systems are functioning properly;
3. Monitor the security of the premises and personnel;
4. Manage the security staff;
5. Supervise investigations into any incidents that occur;
6. Identify potential threats to security and take appropriate action;
7. Liaise with local law enforcement agencies as needed.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
2. Knowledge of current industry standards in terms of security measures;
3. Proven track record in managing a team of security personnel;
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
