Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a leading provider of data center infrastructure services based in Dubai UAE. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketer with exceptional communication skills to engage potential customers, promote the company's products or services, and secure sales or appointments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients introducing and promoting the company's products or services.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information to persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions including inquiries, complaints, and responses.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
Regularly update and manage the customer database.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
Continuously expand knowledge of the company's offerings to provide accurate and valuable information.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage customer information.
Good organizational and time management skills.
High level of patience and ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
