Job Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and retail channels.
• Graphic Design: Create and design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, and product packaging, using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation across all marketing platforms.
• Event Planning: Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with exposure to the FMCG industry. Additionally, proficiency in graphic design and hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software is a must.
