Our client, a prominent developer in the region is looking for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager based in Dubai, UAE.
This role will be responsible for overseeing Payroll Operations, Compensation, and Benefits programs to ensure the company offers competitive packages that align with its organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and reporting
Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, airfare allowance, educational benefits, and pensions
Design and implement incentive programs and variable pay schemes to motivate and reward employees.
Oversee budgets related to manpower, compensation, and benefits, providing insights and recommendations for future planning and forecasting.
Requirements
With 8-10 years of experience in the Payroll and Benefits functions.
Experience in managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and relevant laws and regulations.
