The Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) practice seeks a hands-on Microsoft Data & AI Manager specialized in Gen.AI and Open.AI to develop and grow our UAE practices.

Key characteristics for applicants include team-oriented and self-starting individuals with the ability to form strong relationships for solutions in delivering Microsoft cloud applications and technologies for our customers. Applicants should have deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Data & AI, Gen.AI, Open.AI, and Accenture Microsoft offerings.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Develop Data & Artificial intelligence strategies for organizations to harness Artificial Intelligence value and oversee their execution.
2. Advise on shaping Artificial intelligence Research & Development portfolio across industry sectors highlighting business cases.
3. Design and set up a data governance program to elevate data quality assets and drive data monetization.
4. Design and establish the operating model for organizations data and AI units.
5. Participate in Artificial intelligence thought leadership development.
6. Establish strong data foundations in data management, data governance, regulatory compliance, and data architecture and platform considerations to protect data quality and treat it like a valuable asset.
7. Design a target operating model for a data-driven organization that is responsive to business demands, adaptable to evolving technology, and fosters data culture.
8. Define and prioritize data consumption across the business to launch intelligent products that release value from reporting, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
9. Drive internal data strategy skills, assets, and capability building and identify opportunities for collaboration across Accenture and ecosystem partners to win in the market.
10. Utilize programming skills to design and build data pipelines to drive and accelerate business impact.
11. Analyze and perform data profiling to understand data patterns and discrepancies following Data Quality and Data Management processes.
12. Understand and follow best practices to design and develop the E2E Data Pipeline: data transformation, ingestion, processing, and surfacing of data for large-scale applications.

What are we looking for:

1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science and similar.
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills, capable of applying quantitative methods and approaches.
3. Knowledge in Microsoft Data Lake / OpenAI / GenAI/ Data Warehousing / Big data tools, ETLs.
4. Very good understanding of SQL, Python, or both.
5. Familiarity and interest to specialize in Microsoft Technologies (Azure, OpenAI, Purview..).
6. Self-motivation, proactiveness and openness to changes.
7. Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.
9. Effective communication and presentation skills.
10. Related certifications would be a plus.
11. Excellent spoken and written command of English allowing you to collaborate in the international Accenture environment.
