Inside Sales Coordinator

• Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team by handling inbound inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
  

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM, follow up on leads, and build strong relationships to drive repeat business.
  

• Order & Inventory Management: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to track order status, ensure timely deliveries, and manage inventory levels effectively.
  

• Reporting & Documentation: Generate sales reports, track key performance metrics, and maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and correspondence.
  

• Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to streamline sales processes, enhance customer experience, and identify areas for growth.
  

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
