QAQC Engineer -Foundation Engineering

Our client is a large construction company and is currently looking for a QA/QC Engineer or Junior QA/QC Engineer for the Dubai location.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Implementing and sustaining quality progress towards work in and around UAE.
• Managing all aspects related to project quality assurance & quality control.
• Implementing the quality management & control program for the project.
• Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
• Ensuring all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.
• Issuing and administering Non-Conformance reports as necessary and ensuring follow up.
• Completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner in accordance with the conditions of contracts.
• Responsible for overseeing/audits of subcontractor Quality management systems.
• Managing project specifications and related code of standards.
• Preparing and submitting all quality records.

The Ideal Candidate should meet the following criteria:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Functional Competencies: General understanding of foundation engineering civil.

Professional Experience: 5-7 years (preferably in piling).

Interpersonal Skills:

• Fluent in English.
• Good communication up to and including a multicultural level.
• Excellent skills in written and oral communication in English.

Might have to travel for work purposes to Abu Dhabi at times for projects.
