Job Description

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and meet company goals.
  • Maintain high professionalism and build good working relationships with customers, outlet staff, colleagues, and managers.
  • Plan annual and monthly rentals, promotions, events, and work closely with supervisors and managers to set and apply sales and marketing targets.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze and take measures to reduce Goods Return Volumes (GRVs) for clients within the designated area.
  • Attend required meetings as requested by section and merchandising staff.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new products or services.
  • Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in an outdoor sales role.
  • Experience in multiple emirates.
  • Experience in handling Hypermarkets as customers.
  • Willing to relocate and operate anywhere in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
