Job description

Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring top-tier service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
Manage inventory, orders, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and exceptional service.
Train, mentor, and motivate the bar staff to maintain top performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a pristine environment.
Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop new beverage offerings and promotions.
Gain understanding of departmental goals and financial targets and support your Line Manager to achieve these targets.
Conduct on-the-job training in accordance with departmental standards and procedures, maintaining a record of progress for each staff member.
Ensure new staff complete their Orientation program on a timely basis.
Assist with the preparation of efficient departmental work schedules.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback to ensure a memorable bar experience.
Be attentive to guests and anticipate their needs.
Accurately and promptly fulfill guests' requests.
Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the guest experience.
Demonstrate a ‘service’ attitude.
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
