Job Description

• Conduct data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance tracking to drive process improvements.
• Identify process gaps, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), service standards, and quality scorecards.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Optimize inventory management and warehouse operations to improve efficiency.
• Support system implementation, modifications, and process automation to reduce paperwork.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions on process improvements and system updates.
• Lead cross-functional projects to streamline business operations and enhance workflows.
• Ensure operational processes align with business strategy and organizational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related discipline from a reputed university.
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a QA Engineer in a paint manufacturing company or in a similar field with equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Background in Kaizen, Lean/Six Sigma, Total Quality Management.
• Project Quality Management Training.
• Total Quality Management.
• Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 5s and Six Sigma).
