Job Description
Conduct data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance tracking to drive process improvements.
Identify process gaps, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), service standards, and quality scorecards.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
Optimize inventory management and warehouse operations to improve efficiency.
Support system implementation, modifications, and process automation to reduce paperwork.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions on process improvements and system updates.
Lead cross-functional projects to streamline business operations and enhance workflows.
Ensure operational processes align with business strategy and organizational goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related discipline from a reputed university.
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a QA Engineer in a paint manufacturing company or in a similar field with equivalent combination of training and experience.
Background in Kaizen, Lean/Six Sigma, Total Quality Management.
