Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can lead business analysis activities for a major digital transformation project?
We're recruiting a role for our client that requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in process engineering, customer experience, and business requirements definition. The successful candidate will drive business process re-engineering, develop standard operating procedures, and utilise industry-standard tools to support digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities: Conduct business and digital product requirement definition and analysis across digital transformation initiatives.
Customer experience development: Create comprehensive user journey maps, personas, and user stories to align business needs with system functionalities.
Collaboration with stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and define business requirements.
Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) activities to identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and enhanced customer experience.
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, policies manuals, and business rules.
Engage in workshops with stakeholders to understand current business processes and design future-state solutions.
Provide expertise in designing and developing digital solutions across various channels (web, mobile, chatbot, IVR, Social Media).
Utilise design tools like Figma to create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
Develop business reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to support decision-making.
Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments, presenting solutions to overcome obstacles.
Facilitate change management to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Certifications
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) - preferred
TOGAF or Business Process Management (BPM) certification - a plus
ARIS Certification - highly preferred
Experience
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3-5 years in digital transformation projects.
Proven experience in drafting user journeys, defining personas, and documenting customer experiences.
Demonstrated expertise in BPR, process optimisation, and improving business workflows.
Experience with creating SOPs and documenting business rules.
Strong experience with ARIS and Figma.
Proven track record in managing end-to-end business analysis activities.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
