Civil Foreman

As a Civil Foreman at Aram Building Contracting LLC, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects. You will work closely with the project manager, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Your role will involve overseeing the construction crew, scheduling work assignments, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
2. Allocate tasks to construction workers and oversee their performance
3. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards
4. Monitor progress and report on project status to the project manager
5. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
6. Maintain accurate records of personnel, equipment, and materials on site
7. Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
8. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in the construction industry in GCC
2. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and materials
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
6. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
