Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Manage key accounts, driving cross-selling, upselling, and market expansion.
Conduct competitive analysis to position ARC solutions effectively.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize product offerings, pricing, and technical support.
Negotiate with vendors on pricing, rebates, and marketing initiatives.
Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
Ensure seamless post-sales support and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
12+ years of sales experience in ICT solutions (Infrastructure, Compute, Networking, Security, Digital).
Proven track record in closing large ICT solution deals.
Experience with leading ICT system integrators in the UAE.
Relevant vendor certifications preferred.
