SENIOR RECRUITMENT OFFICER - STAFFING OUTSOURCING Co

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sourcers, employ individual methodologies to source candidates.
2. Proven work experience as a Sr. Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Daily responsibilities include sourcing active and passive candidates, client management, and administration of reqs ATS.
6. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates to include attendance at networking events on behalf of the Company.
