Job Description

• Lead in charge for the Structural Steel fabrication Factory.
• Responsible for all steel structure Fabrication and Erection works.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Manage production schedules and resource allocation, balancing demand with capacity to maximize throughput.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices, machinery operation, and safety procedures to foster a skilled workforce.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, focusing on waste reduction and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Steel structure Design, estimation and drawing will be an added advantage for selection.
