Property Associate

DRE are currently looking for driven individuals to join our real estate community. The organisation is currently going through a complete rebrand and we are looking for talented Property Associates to join our brand new office. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn new skills.

As a Property Associate, you will be given the training, support and knowledge you need to build on your existing sales skills and become a real estate expert.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing materials to be created.
• Expert knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the UAE Real Estate market.
• Creating and attending property valuations and viewings.
• Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing right through to offer stage.
• Monitoring sales and liaising with appropriate managers.
• Following all company generated leads.
• Self-generating leads through cold calls, marketing and networking.
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous sales experience in a B2C or B2B environment.
• Strong customer service or sales skills.
• Ability to use social media and keep up to date with trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn new knowledge and easily adapt.
