Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Nurse to work in a Doctor On Call capacity. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, responding to urgent medical needs and facilitating direct communication between patients and their healthcare providers. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring continuity of care in a home setting.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluate patients' medical conditions in their home environment.
• Provide immediate nursing care and interventions as directed by the physician on call.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, following medical protocols and care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and safe home care practices.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient management.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols while providing care in a home setting.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in homecare or urgent care.
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in emergency care procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with chronic illness management or rehabilitation.
• Additional certifications in emergency care or home healthcare.
