DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About The Role

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of Macros and coding, to effectively manage and streamline logistics processes. As a Logistics Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring timely delivery of products.

As a Logistics Executive, you will:

• Manage and coordinate all logistics activities to ensure efficient operations
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and Macros for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation
• Apply coding skills in Excel to enhance reporting capabilities and solve complex logistical problems
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to enhance delivery operations
• Develop and maintain logistics reports to provide insights and facilitate decision-making
• Provide support in troubleshooting logistics issues and implementing solutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About You

The ideal Logistics Executive will have:

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Macros and coding (VBA is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
