Monitoring and supporting the administration of Property Finance/Mortgage applications from offer through to draw-down and post-completion servicing (i.e. from offer through to draw-down and then life-cycle of the facility).
Back-office administration where tasks are not supported through automation or workflow or where there is real value add in a personal contact.
Document checking and validation to ensure recorded data is substantiated and legal documents perfected correctly.
Liaising with customers, brokers, valuers, and legal partners alongside internal stakeholders (Underwriting, for example).
