We are looking for you as a full-time Sales Coordinator (m/f/x) for the FINEXITY Middle East Consulting LLC-FZ in Dubai (UAE).

Would you like to become part of our team as a Sales Coordinator (B2C sales team) for a leading fintech start-up based out of Hamburg (Germany)? We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our B2C sales team in the development and implementation of sales strategies. In this role, you will carry out market and potential analysis and work closely with the team leader. If you have sufficient sales experience, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills and are ready to work in a dynamic environment, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support the B2C sales team in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Carry out market and potential analysis.
  • Work closely with Team Lead to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Identify customer potential for new leads and coordinate appointments (proactive contact with potential customers).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Support in the creation of sales materials such as product presentations, sales brochures, newsletters, and sales agreements.
  • Experience in sales and/or strategic support in sales.
  • Sound knowledge in the area of capital investments is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of customer needs.
  • Independent, structured, and dynamic way of working; reliable in remote and office settings.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Effective communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
