MEP Technician

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Technician to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-8 years of relevant experience in the job market context of Gulf. The MEP Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings
• Perform regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems with MEP systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with MEP systems
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to ensure that all MEP systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-8 years of relevant experience in the job market context of Gulf
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driving license
