IT Support Engineer

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in IT Field (Academic)
2. Network+ or Cisco CCNA Certified
3. Full understanding of PC components

Key Responsibilities:

1. Upgrading and downgrading RAM and Hard Drives
2. Proper backup of user data in case of emergencies or replacing PCs
3. Troubleshooting printers, scanners, and fixing regular issues
4. Cooperating with support teams as per the service contract for printers/scanners and the networking team in SFD
5. Proper documenting of assets as per SFD criteria
6. Monitoring printer cartridges and availability of stocks
7. Good understanding of AV equipment to prepare meetings, connect, or share content to videowall
8. Reporting daily work using the internal system in SFD
