Shift: Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Coordinator with extensive experience in the sports, fitness, wellness, or medical industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales processes. You will play a key role in promoting our products and services to new and existing clients, converting leads into long-term customers, and supporting our sales team to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads from multiple channels (phone, email, website, social media, etc.).
  • Engage with potential clients and prospects to explain the company's fitness, wellness, and sports offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions or concerns potential clients have about products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up calls, consultations, or fitness assessments with prospective clients.
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and sales pipelines. Ensure all documentation, contracts, and sales records are properly completed and stored.
  • Prepare quotes and sales presentations as needed. Follow up on pending payments.
  • Understand competitor offerings and pricing models to stay competitive in the market.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree/Diploma or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, highly preferred in the sports, fitness, or wellness industry.

CRM & Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM system - Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with sports/fitness equipment and accessories is highly preferred.
