To closely work with the Technical Service Manager and provide support on technical aspects, procedures, and other relevant areas.
Conduct regular site inspections of key mega projects.
Coordinate work activities with site supervisors.
Enforce adherence to various paint systems as per the approved materials submittals.
Formulate a visit schedule with the team.
Train new employees and set goals for the team.
Compile and complete records of site visits by the team.
Prepare final inspection reports for warranty projects after work completion for issuance of warranty.
Handle complaints, conduct site mock-ups, and test new products and application techniques.
Document all activities through CRM and send separate visit reports with follow-up action recommendations to sales personnel within 24 hours.
Comply with all local and company regulations to maintain high levels of safety at all job sites.
Review and provide updates on site visit activities, claims, training, site visits, complaints, and other reports to the Technical Services Manager on a monthly basis or as required.
Provide daily updates on WhatsApp or other dedicated communication channels regarding work done for the day.
