Act as Process team lead (Lead Process Engineer) for Feasibility and Concept study / PreFEED / FEED / Detailed Engineering for the assigned projects Onshore/Offshore.
Lead a team of Process Engineers.
Ensure all Process engineering deliverables are prepared and issued in adherence with project schedule, tender requirements, fit for purpose, and quality, completing the project within the budgeted hours.
Prepare/Review process simulations.
Actively participate in workshops such as Design Review, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PHA, and Constructability Reviews; provide close out to process-related actions.
Ensure the Designers are familiarized with the scope of the project to prepare all drawings and details in full compliance with the project requirements.
Manage internal interfaces with Project Managers and Project Engineering Managers for the assigned projects.
Provide technical guidance and job training to discipline engineers/junior engineers to ensure schedule adherence and quality of engineering documents.
Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge in Process Engineering relevant to Offshore Oil & Gas facilities.
Strong design and analytical skills with problem-solving ability.
Good verbal and written communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience in process simulation tools (HYSYS, UNISIM, PROMAX), Hydraulic Simulations (Pipenet, Korf, OLGA); familiar with Aveva IED Tools, Smart Plant (PID).
Familiar with International codes and standards, and company standards.
Minimum of 15-18 years of professional experience in Process Engineering and Design of Oil & Gas facilities, predominantly in Offshore projects.
Experience in feasibility studies, conceptual design, PreFEED, FEED, and Detailed Design as a Lead Engineer.
