Job Description

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Conduct safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with electro-mechanical and HVAC safety standards.
• Maintain HSE documentation and reports as per legal and company requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal teams to maintain a safe work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an HSE role, preferably in electro-mechanical or HVAC industries.
• Certifications: NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification is a must.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and safety compliance.
• Skills: Excellent communication, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
