Employing individuals to manage non-motor renewals, ensuring accurate processing of customer service tasks according to schedules and company policies, to deliver efficient and effective service to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling Non-motor renewals of Direct and Sales channels
Speak/write to the sales staff/customer, obtain necessary information and then obtain renewal terms from insurers
Review the renewal terms received and share with the customer/sales staff
Meet customer wherever necessary, along with sales staff/manager
Provide proper and efficient service to the customers
Process adherence & accuracy
Develop knowledge to handle various matters of insurance and risk management
