Job description

Employing individuals to manage non-motor renewals, ensuring accurate processing of customer service tasks according to schedules and company policies, to deliver efficient and effective service to customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Handling Non-motor renewals of Direct and Sales channels
  2. Speak/write to the sales staff/customer, obtain necessary information and then obtain renewal terms from insurers
  3. Review the renewal terms received and share with the customer/sales staff
  4. Meet customer wherever necessary, along with sales staff/manager
  5. Provide proper and efficient service to the customers
  6. Process adherence & accuracy
  7. Develop knowledge to handle various matters of insurance and risk management

Education/ Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. CII qualifications preferred

Experience

  1. 2 years experience in insurance company or brokerage

Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge

  1. Good command on MS Office applications
