Draftsman / Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with a passion for luxury modern interior and exterior spaces. This role will involve translating concepts into detailed CAD drawings, creating accurate floor plans, and producing high-quality 3D visualizations. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong technical abilities, and a flair for design, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, review, and finalize CAD drawings and shop drawings for interior and exterior projects.
2. Collaborate with the design team to produce accurate floor plans and 3D models.
3. Utilize advanced rendering techniques to achieve photorealistic results.
4. Ensure all deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design and CAD drawing.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing luxury modern interior designs and technical drawing proficiency.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max.
2. Strong knowledge of VRay & Corona renderers.
3. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for post-production.
4. Ability to read, create, and interpret detailed floor plans.
5. Expertise in relevant plug-ins and rendering methods.

Language Requirements:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
