The Position
Position Title: Commercial Operations Manager
Reports To: Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations
Position Summary: As the Commercial Operations Manager, you will lead operations for International Markets, enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales processes, reporting, and analytics to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimisation: Collaborate with sales teams to streamline processes from lead generation to deal closure.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making.
- Team Growth: Manage and foster growth in your team, ensuring development and achievement of milestones.
- Commercial Processes: Establish metrics to drive sales enablement and improve efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on commercial operations initiatives.
- Training and User Support: Provide training and support for Salesforce users.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance operations.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years in a Sales or Revenue Operations role, preferably in tech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
