Head Barista

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Head Barista for one of our clients (a coffee shop). To qualify for the position, you must have 3-5 years of experience and should be familiar with the food industry.

1. Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service.
2. Preparing coffees and other beverages to a high standard of taste and quality.
3. Making recommendations to customers and answering any questions.
4. Coordinate orders for Junior Baristas and waiters to ensure a smooth customer experience.
5. Manage orders for stock and coffee supplies.
6. Maintain and clean coffee machines. Organize service where needed.
7. Train and set standards for Junior Baristas and Wait Staff.
