Junior Category Manager

• Assist the Category Managers in developing the business plan of the category in line with the strategic objectives of Faces.
• Formulate and continuously monitor progress and alignment on the category.
• Assist in the production of the annual calendar for brand promotions, launches, etc.
• Takes ownership of gross margins and drives an optimal sub-category mix to influence growth.
• Prepare regional monthly reports for major brands and groups about their performance at the store level and consolidated level, highlighting the following:
• Monitor the achievement of partnership rebates.
• Guide the financial analyst on reports regarding beauty retail competition at local and regional levels on a regular basis.
• Coordinate the splitting of the budget by brand or category at the store level and translate the budget into basket KPIs.
• Liaise with the marketing department on key figures for digital work and animation.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• 2-3 years of experience in a junior role in category management, handling data and reporting within the beauty industry.
• Retail affinity and understanding.
• Business and commercial acumen.
• Experience working with multi-brands in a fast-paced environment to adapt to business needs.
