Education and Community Outreach Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the arts and culture sector, is seeking a passionate and experienced Education and Community Outreach Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing educational programs and community outreach initiatives that align with the organization’s mission to promote arts and culture within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage educational programs that engage diverse audiences, including schools, universities, and community groups.
2. Develop curriculum and educational materials that support the organization's goals and objectives.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
4. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the organization’s programs.
5. Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and exhibitions to raise awareness of the organization’s mission and activities.
6. Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage underrepresented and underserved communities.
7. Work closely with internal teams, including communications, marketing, and events, to ensure cohesive and effective program delivery.
8. Identify and establish partnerships with external organizations to expand the reach and impact of educational and outreach programs.
9. Collaborate with artists, educators, and cultural practitioners to enhance program offerings.
10. Develop and manage the budget for education and outreach programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
11. Seek funding opportunities, including grants and sponsorships, to support program initiatives.
12. Oversee the procurement of materials and resources necessary for program delivery.
13. Track program participation, outcomes, and feedback to assess impact and inform future planning.
14. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
15. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies in the delivery of programs.
