Job description

Maintain the hotel equipment, building and asset in good condition to ensure its high performance and reduce the breakdown.
Report immediately any misuse of hotel equipment and assets to their direct Supervisor or Shift Leader.
Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without the direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer.
Installing and connecting pipes, fixtures, and appliances, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
Regularly inspecting and maintaining plumbing systems to ensure they function efficiently and identifying and repairing any leaks, blockages, or malfunctions.
Responding to plumbing emergencies, such as burst pipes or sewer backups, and quickly addressing and resolving these issues to minimize guest disruptions.
Ensuring that all plumbing work complies with local building codes and regulations to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
