Restaurant Cleaner

Job Purpose

To clean all areas (front & back), with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of cleanliness.

Key Result Areas

1. Dust and polish all chairs, tables and all drinking shelves.
2. Polish all brass, including bar rail, kick plates and push plates.
3. Clean frames and glass.
4. Polish poster cabinets.
5. Clean all internal glass and all machines, including front panels, sides and top.
6. Sweep and wash/mop any floor tiles.
7. Clean all lamp shades and bulbs.
8. Wipe the area around grills.
9. Take down and wash all lamp shades.
10. Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks.
11. Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated areas.
12. Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
13. Mop floors with wet or damp mops.

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, And Skills)

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
2. Positive and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment and under difficult conditions, while possessing the following additional competencies:
