Psychologist

1. Clinical psychologists should have experience in conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and psychological evaluations of individuals with autism, ADHD, and other related disorders.
2. They should be able to conduct psychometric assessments and tests.
3. Psychologists should be able to develop an IEP in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team members.
4. They should be able to deliver therapy using applied behavior analysis to the clients assigned to them.
5. They should maintain detailed case notes and reports according to the practice protocols and professional standards.
6. They should participate in IEP meetings or case review meetings with other health care professionals involved in the client’s treatment as required.
7. They should monitor the client’s treatment progress and modify the goals and activities as required.
8. They should provide detailed treatment reports to schools and insurance providers.
9. They should contribute to administrative functions related to treatment documentation, policy making, procedural planning, etc.
10. They should provide the support requested by the management in the psychologist job recruitment process.

Master’s Degree in Psychology / Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

Minimum 1 year experience for junior Psychologists

Minimum 5 years experience for senior Psychologists

DHA License/ Eligibility letter (NOT MANDATORY).

Should have good communication and report writing skills.
