Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of Operation and maintenance manuals for projects.
- Centralization of the technical documentation delivered with vehicle (spare parts lists, drawings, etc).
- Receiving all the catalogues for individual projects from stores and keeping a record of them.
- Keep an independent schedule for releasing the catalogues before unit dispatch.
- Coordinate with Design Engineer/Electrical engineer to understand project operation and special conditions to be integrated into manuals.
- Be part of the testing of products to master the unit operation.
- Release a draft of the operation manual before testing of the vehicle to QC to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information in the manual.
- Centralize all the catalogues along with the Manuals and pass them to the QC department at the end of the project.
- Conduct photoshoots of individual vehicles and vehicle parts for use in the elaboration of the manuals.
- Design decals for control panels and assist in printing them in production.
- Release the completed Manuals (hard copies, CDs) to the QC Department, graphic design of manuals and decals using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Technical writing of operations procedures.
