Job description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the GM and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and organize the GM's calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings to maximize productivity.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring all action items are tracked and followed up promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, providing a solid foundation for corporate communication.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment.
