Job Description Role Purpose
Lead key accounts and project executions for strategic clients in the vertical and act as consultative partner.
Accountabilities (The accountabilities listed below are only indicative, they are not meant to be exhaustive)
Accountable for developing relationship with key clients and service their research requirements.
Demonstrate expertise across research types – Brand Health tracking, CX/MS, U&A, etc. studies.
New opportunity prospecting, taking research brief, developing relevant research proposal through right suitable research design and sample plan – aligned to the brief and business objective.
Being involved in all research related stages like questionnaire development, data analysis, report writing and client presentation to drive the project smooth execution independently or with support of team members (given the nature & scale of the project).
Provides advice on the execution of projects, informs clients on progress and gives specific instructions to other departments regarding the collection and electronic processing of information.
Handle client queries or complaints. Client stakeholder management. Provide advice and consultation to clients and staff.
Qualifications Role Expectations (Knowledge & Skillsets)
7+ years relevant working experience. Experience in Market Research with the quantitative research projects is a must.
Strong client focus.
Strong understanding of research techniques to enable meaningful conversations with all client stakeholders and ensure accurate representation of the data in reporting and insights.
Ability to understand all technical aspects of the research to carry out internal and client-based conversations.
Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation, excellent numerical skills.
Able to mentor and guide team members, influence and persuade and to develop long term sustainable relationships.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent presentation development skills coupled with strong presentation delivery skills - Confident presenting skills to deliver insights, stories and actions in face to face or group presentations.
Displays maturity and creative problem-solving skills in handling crises.
Able to operate in a multi-cultural environment and handle multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
Knowledge and exposure to more that one markets is an added advantage (worked preferably in the international arena/ client side/ agency side).
