A Personal Driver is a professional who provides transportation services for individuals, families, or executives. They are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and timely travel of their employer to various destinations. The role requires not just excellent driving skills but also a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail, as personal drivers often transport their clients to personal or business meetings, special events, or other important destinations.

Key Skills of a Personal Driver:

1. Excellent Driving Skills
   • Safe Driving: Ability to drive safely and efficiently, following traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols to protect the client and others on the road.
   • Vehicle Handling: Proficiency in driving various types of vehicles, from standard sedans to luxury cars, SUVs, or even larger vehicles like vans or limousines.
   • Navigation: Familiarity with using GPS systems and maps, as well as knowledge of the local area, to ensure timely and accurate travel routes.
2. Professionalism and Discretion
   • Confidentiality: A personal driver must maintain discretion, respecting the privacy of the client, especially when transporting them to private meetings, sensitive appointments, or events.
   • Punctuality: Arriving on time, ensuring that clients are not delayed for meetings, appointments, or events.
   • Politeness and Etiquette: Demonstrating a courteous and respectful attitude towards clients, adhering to professional standards in all interactions.
3. Attention to Detail
   • Personalized Service: Understanding the needs and preferences of the client, such as preferred routes, vehicle settings (e.g., temperature, music), and providing amenities like water, newspapers, or phone charging cables.
   • Vehicle Condition: Ensuring the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and ready for use, with all necessary supplies (e.g., emergency kit, phone charger) on hand.
   • Time Management: Planning routes and adjusting for traffic or unforeseen delays to make sure the client reaches their destination on time.
4. Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge
   • Routine Inspections: Conducting basic checks on the vehicle (tire pressure, fluid levels, lights, brakes, etc.) to ensure it's in optimal condition.
   • Minor Repairs: Being able to handle minor vehicle issues (e.g., flat tires, replacing windshield wipers) or knowing when to contact a mechanic for more significant problems.
   • Refueling and Cleaning: Regularly fueling and cleaning the vehicle to ensure it is always presentable and ready for the next trip.
5. Customer Service
   • Client Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each ride.
   • Handling Special Requests: Responding to requests for specific routes, stops, or services (e.g., picking up clients from specific locations, waiting for them at events, running errands).
   • Problem-Solving: Dealing with unexpected situations (traffic jams, detours, delays) efficiently, keeping the client informed and calm.

Desired Candidate Profile

About the job

• Joining Immediately (Available in UAE)
• Preferable to speak Hindi and have a background working as a house driver or private driver in UAE
• Visa, accommodation, and food will be provided
• Minimum experience of 2 years in UAE as a personal driver
• Having a valid UAE driving license (category 3)
• Thorough understanding of road regulations
• Clear criminal record
• Neatly presented and professional
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work during evenings and on weekends, as required
• Work location: Abu Dhabi

1. Driving and Transportation
   • Safe Transport: Safely driving clients to various destinations, ensuring smooth and timely travel.
   • Route Planning: Planning the best routes, taking into account traffic patterns, road conditions, and the client’s schedule.
   • Alternative Routes: Adapting to sudden changes, such as detours or construction, to ensure that the client arrives on time.
2. Vehicle Maintenance and Care
   • Cleaning the Vehicle: Keeping the vehicle clean and tidy inside and out, including vacuuming the interior and wiping down surfaces.
   • Maintaining the Vehicle: Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and cleaning the windshield.
   • Refueling: Ensuring that the vehicle has enough fuel for each trip, and refueling as necessary.
   • Scheduling Repairs: Arranging for professional vehicle servicing and repairs when required, ensuring the car is always in top working condition.
